Initial client intake consultation:

Our interior styling intake process is the first step in getting to know you, our client! It is designed to pinpoint clients specific design challenges, understand what they are hoping to gain from this process, and assess where we feel our services can best be put to work.

Required for all new clients.
Interview / design Q & A to determine clients visual aesthetic, budget and timeline.
Determine overall project theme based off the wants & needs expressed by the client during their interview.
Briefing of suggested styling services and next steps.

Styling Proposal, Mood Board & Floor plan:

Compile all client intake notes into cohesive outline to determine precise design needs, wants, and goals for the client and their event.
Creation of design “mood” board to give clients a visual of all recommended event decor elements and details, ultimately providing the client with a “sneak peek” of what the final product will look like on event day.
Project proposal (including categorized budget estimates) is generated based on client intake, design suggestions displayed on mood board, and project timeline.

Event visuals/styling services:

Coordination with venue and other vendors to determine floor plan and overall setup.
Surface / table decor and propping.
Florals - arrangements, centerpieces, garlands, ceiling accents, aisle runners, etc.
Signage (welcome boards, table signs, place cards, etc.)
Large scale display design and coordination.
Prop and unique furniture rental coordination.
Day-of-event vendor coordination, decor setup & breakdown.

** Please note that the execution of each service line above depends on the scale of the event, budget, and timeline. Certain portions of a project may be outsourced to a fellow creative professional to execute and achieve optimal results.
