Initial client intake consultation:

Our interior styling intake process is the first step in getting to know you, our client! It is designed to pinpoint clients specific design challenges, understand what they are hoping to gain from this process, and assess where we feel our services can best be put to work.

  • Required for all new clients.

  • Interview / design Q & A to determine clients visual aesthetic, budget and timeline.

  • Determine overall project theme based off the wants & needs expressed by the client during their interview.

  • Briefing of suggested styling services and next steps.

Furniture Inventory:

  • An in-person visit of the space(s) to address spatial challenges and floor-planning issues expressed during the client’s intake..

  • Take measurements and photos of furniture pieces that will remain in each targeted space(s).

  • Take photos of each space to utilize for all sketches, floor plans, and mood boards.

Styling ProposaL, Mood Board & Floor plan:

  • We compile all client intake notes into a cohesive outline to determine precise needs, wants, and goals for the client and for the space.

  • Create a design “mood” board to give the client a visual of all recommended design elements and details for space, and provide a “sneak peek” of the end result.

  • Generate a written project proposal (including categorized budget estimates) based on client intake, design suggestions on the mood board, and project timeline.

BRINGING YOUR VISION TO LIFE:

  • Follow-up meeting with client to review proposal and design mood board.

  • Once the final proposal, budget, and timeline has been accepted, I’ll hit the ground running!
